«Nice hotel, but the service was horrible and unbelievably frustrating. Every single day we had to beg for basic things like towels. We called multiple times throughout the day and would not get them until the night shift came in after midnight. Our reservation was for three people, yet they kept trying to give us only two sets of towels. The worst part happened when I went to the front desk after calling all day with no response. «The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us.»

«I stayed here for one night and was fairly unsatisfied with my stay. To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use. I understand this is not a five-star resort, but I still expected a basic level of service and cleanliness ...

«Nice breakfast. The ladies who took care of it were awesome. The machine on our floor was broken the whole time and we had to go to another floor. An inconvenience. Room was small for cost but ok. »

«Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!»
