«As frequent vrbo customers, our experiences generally meet or exceed expectations. Not so here. Our positive rating reflects the convenient location, but the apartment itself was disappointing. This is a converted attic, not a penthouse. «The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. «We just departed from one of our favourite flats in the UK! Loved the Notting Hill neighborhood, the cleanliness of the flat, the wonderful quality bath and bed linens, the ample storage for clothes etc, and the relaxing patio. And we really appreciated the superb communication about the flat and the neighborhood, both before, during and after our holiday. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!! William»

«WE NEVER GOT TO CHECK I EVEN AFTER WE PAID FOR TWO DAYS STAY!! Book at your own risk.... This appears to be a scam. We got to the property indicated which was wrong. The owners totally ignored our calls and they didn't communicate with us prior to arriving. We direcy called, wrote messages with no responses. We never got the property access code. The property had two different names and postcode, although it was leading us to the same premises.THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE COMPLETELY REMOVED.**DO NOT ...
