«I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my visit. There was a small issue with my room upon arrival, but it was handled quickly and professionally, and the change truly improved my overall experience.
I really appreciated the amenities and the layout of the room — it was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The welcome sake was a lovely touch and added to the social, traveler-friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

«Stay here if you are in Kyoto! Very friendly staff, that seemed available to help if you needed their assistance outside opening hours of the reception too. I wondered how the living arrangement was before coming, but we came as recommended before 19:30 for check-in, so there were no problems with that. «ORI Rokkaku looks deceptively small from the exterior however our room/studio was very spacious and also had a well equipped kitchen. It was very clean and all the amenities were fantastic and the gentleman at the reception was very helpful in giving suggestions for local restaurants. «元々アパート・マンションだったところをリノベーションしたようですが、まだまだ新しく清潔感があ り，さらに機能的で価格的にも安くとても満足できました。
食事などはありませんが、近くにコンビニもありますし、お店もいくらでもあるので大丈夫です。
ただ，駐車場がないのは仕方ないものの、場所がやや遠い上に分かりにくいです。場所にたどり着かのは簡単でもどこ停めたら良いかがわからないのです。
それと，着いてから支払いを済ませてから案内するという方式でしたが、どうせなら予約時点で支払いも含めて終わらせておくともっと便利だと思います。
とはいえ，それ以外はとても良いホテルだと思います。また，機会があれば是非泊まりたいと思います。»
