«The property was fine the staff was friendly. For the money I expected a little more. The couch in my room was uncomfortable and in the lobby area. I told the front desk my phone wasn’t working because it had no cord, no one ever came to fix it. Lighting was dark. The hotel was “fine” nothing exceptional. »

«We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). We also learned from our friends whom we visited that the Hotel was going to change owners within the next month and that a major renovation/ tear-down was in the plans for this hotel. I would ...

«Liked the room, a little dusty, alarm was broken, but ok overall. Room service very good, I had a massage; excellent. Parking was confusing. Convenient to the Casino. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. »

«I booked a room at the casino resort and found out our room was in a totally different building well separate from the casino, pool, dining etc. It wasn't terrible, at least it was quiet, but it was inconvenient and unexpected. Staff were friendly and let me check in early, but they're very short staffed. »
