Desk staff were all kind and very helpful. Here's what happend. I chose the Quality Inn by the rating and price and location. They got as close as I thought I could to best. I read reviews. The lobby was very nice. Staff great. I knew as soon as we walked to the elevator what was coming. Frayed carpet at the door entrance. Dirty inside elevator with broken tile. We were on the 3rd floor. Room 315 I can not speak for the others. Inside room big and neutral. I liked that. But bathroom horrible. Mold dirty vents needed new tub. Doors painted with so many coats of paint old carpet. We was there for 3 nights. Not 1 time did our room get cleaned. Not once. After first night we stop at desk and ask. We were supposed to request before 8 am for that day. Ok we didn't read that anywhere. Ok. We request for day 2. We pickup fresh towels. Day 2 we didn't get cleaned. We just didn't bother for day 3. We divided out the leftover towels and made due. But on day 2 bags of garbage started piling up in our long hallway. I mean piling up outside the rooms. I have never seen that before. How did this Quality Inn get a 8.4 very good rating? What went wrong? We come home after 4 days 3 nights and I still see those commercials for the hotel chain ? And the breakfast. My husband loves breakfast. On am #2he walked next door to McDonald's and had a McGriddle. I won't say anymore. Ok. I'll stop there. I wish I could say Thank You. But No Thank You.
