«Great stay at the Manchester. Beautiful lobby and restaurants and super helpful staff. Despite other reviewers complaining about noise, we found it to be quiet and peaceful (stayed 5 nights). Complimentary coffee was excellent and the many of the food items reasonably priced. A few tweaks might make the stay truly too notch but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Probably the closest thing you’ll get to a SoHo house as you’ll get in Kentucky! »

«We went on a last minute trip for the kids holiday break and needed two connecting rooms. I called to see how to best get this done and Natalie at the property was AMAZING! She helped me get things set up and helped us once we got there as well! She was amazing (as was everyone we interacted with), and went above and beyond to make our stay great!»

«This hotel is very clean and has updated amenities. The pool and hot tub was heavily used by families with small children, which is a plus if you have small children, not so much if you just want to relax. The rooms are quiet for the most part. The bedding was comfortable. The bath was modern with beautifully done walk in shower. Lighting in the room and bathroom was good. Plugs on night stands, both sides. I give this property two thumbs up. »

«The room was wonderfully decorated and clean, and the shower was amazing. Service was also great: Linda shlepped up a flight of stairs at 10 PM to get an extra coffee for me, and Kevin at the front desk was consistently friendly and professional. Wild Swann, the hotel restaurant, has both great food and drinks; I highly recommend the Beet Salad. If you get Travis as your bartender, you are in for a treat: this guy should be a comedian. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in ...

«Was glad to be able to stay here on my Christmas trip down to Alabama. It was a good "mid point" stop and right off the highway. They did have an indoor pool but I did not use it. I liked my 2nd floor cozy room and the breakfast in the morning was good as well. Check in was quick and easy, with a friendly welcoming staff. I would stay here again on future trips. There are a number of other hotels and restaurants in the area as well.»
