«When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. »

«I had an incident with this hotel. There was no power and had 3 kids with. I had to get around for archery tournament in the dark. Expedia helped me locate. The front desk acknowledged my leaving and assured me it was going to be taken care and Expedia reached out in an email. My card was still charged full amount for two days. Over a week later I am still waiting for them to refund me or even send me an acknowledgment of this, corporate has helped me but I am still waiting to hear from the ...

«The room was pretty clean overall but some things needed more attention such as the shower curtain had a rip so it needed replaced. The bed was not the most comfortable but ok . The best things were the cleanliness and location of the motel. For the price through Expedia it was worth it but I had asked about staying a 5th night was was told $90 and at the price I would say go somewhere else. »

«The power was out at the hotel, but the front desk manager did an amazing job getting our group and another group into our rooms. He was running all over the hotel making sure rooms were vacant and clean then letting us into the rooms with his master key. That guy deserves a raise or a bonus! I can't really comment on the cleanliness, amentities or anything else because we couldn't see anything without a flashlight, but it seemed like a well kept hotel. »

«The beds seemed clean and the pillows were fluffy. Those were the only good things. There was hair in my shower. A lot of hair. One of the folded towels had hair dangling from it. There were what I think were garlic skins in the fridge. There was a dusty broken fork on the floor. Everything was scuffed and dirty.
