The ground floor private residence is reached via stairs and accessed via a keyless digital door lock, we will provide the codes at to your check-in.
There is free 24/7 on site parking. Car rental is easy and inexpensive, we can advise.
Guests have full use of all of Gold Coast amenities and facilities including pools, gym and tennis courts.
Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.
The villa is in the exclusive gated Gold Coast community. There is ample parking, the villa has a private driveway and secure garage.
Minutes from the “happening” Palm Beach and the indulgences of the high-rise hotel area, the Gold Coast premium location offers easy access to an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, gaming, and exciting nightlife.
In addition, the Gold Coast is just minutes drive away from a wide variety of ocean activities, water sports, the Tierra del Sol golfing resort, spas, casinos, the new IMAX Gloria movie theatre and food court, the Super Food supermarket and the best beaches in Aruba.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them
[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
