«We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!»

«In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. Inadequate kitchen tools meaning we couldn't self cater, no glasses, I could go on and on. This property appears to have not been checked by any authority for a very long time. »

«As described, convenient location to everywhere you can walk to in Cardiff. Property was clean, comfortable, air a bit smokey. Keeping the windows open helped alleviate the smell by the 2d day. Property was perfect for 2 adults -convertible sofa was comfortable and simple to operate. Property had a lot of thoughtful touches that were really appreciated. «We weren't provided with any check in information at all and I had to chase for it on the day of travel There was no property information provided in the premises at all meaning we couldn't make the TV work. There was no hot water - apparently the boiler had been turned off. We were told this after we had checked out. «2nd visit to Susan’s place in pontcanna and it did not disappoint. We spent Xmas there and it was fabulous. Property accommodated the whole family and the kitchen was super stocked with everything to prepare meals for all. Pontcanna and its proximity to town is fabulous. We will return (again!). «The property was ideal for us, staying one night and attending a concert in town. The location is great for walking into town. The online listing says the property sleeps 6. This is definitely not the case. There were 5 of us and my friend had to sleep on a small, hard leather sofa, with no sheets. This was supposed to unfold into a sofa bed, I assume, but it was broken. «First impressions were very good as the property was spotlessly clean (I met the cleaner as we were leaving and complimented her on her good work). Penarth is a really nice part of Cardiff with a very pleasant town centre with a really lovely park (Alexandra Park) and even a promenade and a pier. Our host (Rhiannon) kept us well informed and did everything she said she would do. Overall, a really good property in a nice area and I would definitely stay there again.»
