«Staff was amazing with my families allergies. (Celiac disease and a peanut allergy). Food was delicious and we all got to enjoy desserts!! (Doesn’t happen often for us). All the staff was friendly and did a great job making us feel at home. The room was clean and beds are comfy! Pools are great. I liked the beach feel to them with easy walk in access. »

«We had the most amazing stay at the W. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will say that the room was a little “lived in”. The leather was very worn on the sofa and there were stains on the throws. However, the property is beautiful, the staff was more than helpful, kind and accommodating and the food was fantastic. We would absolutely visit again! »

«Not very hacienda style design. Poor food, nothing to do beside being at the pool or in the standard pool. Beach ok to look at, but can't really use it or swim in the sea. Could be anywhere, far from anything resembling the real Costa Rica. Offering extremely expensive transportation to airport, added another 165 usd to the bill for a 45 min drive in the early morning in a worn out Toyota Lancruiser. But beautiful view to the Pacific. And reception did change my room to one with actual sea view ...
