  • The villa was renovated in 2018 to have that charming Provencal style. The green garden surrounds the house with Mediterranean trees such as olive tree, and umbrella pine which will provide an evergreen garden as well as the privacy you need to have a great holiday. Enjoy the beautiful vegetable garden, the petanque court and the children's swing behind the house. On the garden level there are two bedrooms (one of which is air-conditioned), a bathroom, the main living room and the kitchen that open onto the terrace, the garden and the covered terrace with barbecue. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one of which is air-conditioned) one of which has a magnificent view of the village of Saint Paul de Vence and a bathroom. The house is equipped with 3 televisions. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso), stove, toaster. The swimming pool has a salt treatment, is equipped with an electric curtain and is heated
