Back Bay Beauty! Walkable and family friendly. Bike Ride to the beach!

Welcome to our home! This is our primary residence, so this house truly has everything you need! Located in the wonderful "Bluffs" neighborhood, our home is centrally located to miles of Back Bay trails, a bike ride to the beach, and views of Disneyland fireworks at night. Our neighborhood has alot of kids, parks and community pools. Walk to Starbucks, the grocery store, CVS pharmacy, nail salon, Mutts restaurant, and more.

The house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story home. The Primary room has a queen bed and bathroom has a shower. Our daughters room has 2 twin beds, and our sons room has a twin daybed with a trundle. Your stay includes use of our bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, pool and beach toys - you name it! Harvest organic veggies from our garden, work out on the Peloton, and take advantage of our two car garage. Our kids are 6 and 8, so leave your toys art home and enjoy our books, toys, trucks, etc. Don't have kids? Our house is quiet, spacious, and serene. Enjoy a cocktail on the patio, a bright summer barbecue, or a free yoga class at the community center. Our home is very bright, clean, and close to everything Newport Beach has to offer.

This is our primary home so we except guests to be clean and respectful of our property, and understand this is not a business property - we live here. No pets please. Zero smoking of any kind allowed on property - in the house/patios/garage.
