1) My room was assigned to someone else while I was already staying in it! On Day 2 I return to my room at night to find someone else’s name on the TV welcome screen and the lights on! Hotel couldn’t explain what happened and brushed it off as a technical error. The only person who was thoughtful was the security guard, Elizabeth, who checked the room with me and suggested new key cards be issued. Otherwise, the hotel manager was just trying to finish the conversation with me as fast as possible when he couldn’t explain how the problem happened. Condition of room: Dust on the surfaces, hair in the shower, bathroom counter was wet ipon arrival, bed comforter put on backwards, front desk button didn’t work, shower valve on backwards, tile broken in shower, pull handles on curtains were broken and on the ground. Overall, the room was not kept in good condition. Would not stay here again.
