Located right after the Phillip Island Bridge with fabulous restaurants, shopping and a park both in Newhaven & San Remo. 1 min walk to Newhaven Bakery & Cafe & 5 min walk to Saltwater Restaurant at the Jetty. 5 to 10 minutes walk to multiple beaches. Book a massage at Island Healing 1 minute walk. Bike Trails hug the coast. 20 mins drive and you can explore the whole Island. Linens & towels provided.

Fabulous holiday house!

Relaxation central

The property was beautifully presented with wonderful toiletry supplies. A wonderful relaxing location with those lovey sea breezes to cool the day as you marvel across the Newhaven marina to the ever changing distant water views. Only 10-15 minutes from everything on the island. Thankyou Brigette !!! It is a wonderful residence

Perfect relaxing stay as always

Love staying here every year. So relaxing and quiet with the best view. Has everything we need with the deck and swim spa getting a lot of use. Always so clean and the host and cleaner are friendly and always helpful.

12 Seafarer Way

This property was pretty well furnished and provided day to day needs for all 8 of us. It exceeded our expectations in most areas, but the pool was slightly small for such a beautiful and big area. 1 kid and 1 teenager were swimming and got scraped by something in the swimming pool. Overall the place was in a good location and was exceeding our expectations.

Great location and property

Had a group of overseas visitors , young and old plus pet, and everyone had a great stay. Location was fantastic, property was also great for a biggier group. Would have loved to stay a few more nights!

Family Get Together

This is a beautiful house to stay in as a family. Enjoyable spaces. The heated pool was a hit with the children and adults, with an ideal outdoor area to sit under cover. As we stayed during a cooler month during Spring. A quiet area but within walking distance to a lovely bakery for breakfast and a restaurant for dinner

Absolutely amazing

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The house itself was very clean and well maintained and has all you can ask for the perfect getaway. The view across the Newhaven yacht club every morning is great to wake to every morning. The host was very informative and was very accomodating also. Would highly recommend staying at this property and will hopefully re book ourselves back in soon.

Mid week adventure with the girls.

This is the my second stay at this terrific house this year and it was just as fabulous as the first! Newhaven and the Island have so much to offer and explore even at this wintery time of the year, with the comforting thought of returning to a warm spa and house with its fabulous views over the marina. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and there is a large choice of games, including table tennis, to entertain guests who aren’t quite ready to sit down with a book or stare at the ever changing view. Communication with our host was easy and many thanks to her for our wonderful stay. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Simply Wonderful

Fantastic home in a beautiful and convenient location. Everyone loved the heated pool. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Well stocked facilities. Everything you need to have a wonderful holiday in winter or summer. Two completely separate indoor living spaces as well as two outdoor spaces! Brigitte is so prompt and kind in her communications. Excellent place for families

We had 2 families, 4 adults, 3 teens stay over the long weekend, this place had everything we needed and more. The only thing that could be improved was a bigger bed in the second bedroom, but that's being picky. Swim spa was a huge hit!

Weekend getaway with old school friends.

The house is set in a quiet area with a gorgeous, uninterrupted view to the Newhaven marina and beyond. The layout of the house is so comfortable and workable with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The board games, table tennis table and the wonderful spa pool provided kept us busy. We enjoyed the shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, some within walking distance, not to mention the local wild life of pelicans, swans and the Cape Baron geese for example viewed on our walks. I can’t recommend this house highly enough and we are so looking forward to our return visit in July!

Perfect getaway

We are a bunch of middle aged women who revel in a weekend away about twice a year. We are looking for clean, comfortable, well stocked with kitchen stuff, good oven, comfy beds… pluses are a great view. And that’s before we even thought of a divine swim spa! Outstanding in every way

We have had an absolutely amazing holiday that we shall treasure forever with our family and my 88 year old Dad from the UK. The accommodation is 10 star, everything is just perfect, decor, furnishing and house is absolutely spotless. The views are spectacular and the pool was enjoyed by us all. An absolute added bonus was being able to take our two cavoodles who loved it too especially the view from the balcony. The host was so welcoming We will be back again

Perfect stay with amazing views.

This property is definitely 5 star. The location is quiet while having amazing views with a deck to sit and enjoy it on. It was so clean and had all the essentials for you. All the family loved using the swim spa and relaxing in the alfresco area out the back. Using the table tennis was fun too. Short walk to a yummy restaurant and bakery. Host was so friendly and helpful at all times. We have already booked again.
