«This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island.»

«We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. But easier to prevent the little one falling down them. The view was amazing and we even got to see the whales from upstairs. And having lorikeets visit ...

«This is a very pet friendly place. Has a dog beanbag, food and water bowls, a box of dog toys, 5’ (1.4m) high secure fencing and a veranda containment gate.Obviously people were taking the pegs, so bring your own pegs.Grab yourself a bag of wood at the servo for the Coonara (some fire lighters onsite) if you like the ambiance of a fire.Beautiful sea and beach nick nacks added to the atmosphere (please don’t steal them).Quite and friendly neighbourhood.We’ll be back.»

«Lovely first impression. Bed was comfortable though a little small. Great facilities. Close to beach and shops. Only down side for us was the pet friendly back garden had no connectivity to the house. Only useable gate was next to the garage which meant walking out to the front driveway to access and she couldn’t be left. Also access to under the house was a concern. Inside was no problems. We would happily visit again.»

«We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.»

«The property is well located, only a short walk to the beach and parklands. It is a great size for a family to spread out and has all the expected amenities. It was clean and well presented.We had an issue at check-in but it was quickly resolved by the property manager.Would definitely stay again!»

«Clean & fresh. Close to beach, shops & eateries. Air Conditioning in kitchen/living area not working. Very uncomfortable on hot days. Photos showed tri-bunk but not in any bedrooms. Bed in upstairs living area needs fixing. Otherwise well suited to our group with 3 bathrooms & 5 bedrooms. Should say 2 king beds, 3 queens so that you have the appropriate bedding.»
