«The house was extremely comfortable for our group of families. The kitchen contained all the equipment to meet our catering needs. The children enjoyed the games room and the large back yard. The position made walking to the village for a morning coffee or an afternoon wine very easy.»

«We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. But easier to prevent the little one falling down them. The view was amazing and we even got to see the whales from upstairs. And having lorikeets visit ...

«Clean and comfortable. Some concerns with lack of railing on deck and steps and step down to dining area as there were 5 elderly people staying. All in all a perfectly acceptable property. The short walk to the beach was enjoyed by our dogs and family.»

«On arrival we were plannjng to have a BBQ, we open the BBQ to find it dirty with rat droppings everywhere. We had to do a thorough clean of the BBQ before we could use it. The outdoor dining area was filthy and again needed a through clean. The oven and stove top were not working so we had to result in using the electric fry pan and microwave to cook our food. There were insufficient bowls for breakfast.The house could use a good clean before guests stay as we found dry vommit on the inside of ...
