Landsbrukshoteller i Newent

«A heritage room in a wonderfully presented property, with a spacious room with specialty tea and coffee and local fresh milk. A warm welcome from the staff on arrival and then later for a meal in the bar/restaurant. Very handy for all Ledbury has to offer and walking distance of the wide array of sights, shops, pubs restaurants, take aways and everything you could need/ want. Wandered and enjoyed several of the local hostelries and beers with welcoming locals. Returned to the Seven Stars and ...

«The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and with all the expected amenities. There were no staff on site (the key is left in a lock box). I stayed on Monday night, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (hence no interaction with staff). Unfortunately, I did not sleep very well at all due to the loudness of a generator which kept me awake all night. It felt as if I was sleeping inside a helicopter. I left the room early in the morning because I was fed up with the noise and I had ...

«Room was lovely and clean and we had a modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly, food was excellent and service was great. Parking was easy and cheap (6 pounds I think) and the property is gorgeous. We had a room upstairs which was fantastic, our friends had one down the corridor which was different and not as nice. «Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles.»

«loved the place . enjoyed the stay, will return next time in the area»

«The Hotel was lovely, and very olde wordly. The Staff were very good in the main, but last nights pie crust was burnt, and there were no published prices for Breakfast, so to get our bill on checkout, and find that I was charged £16 for a sausage sandwich was a bit much, and there was no mention of a 10% service charge for Dinner at all.»

«The rooms are ok, but the food is a bit inconsistent for our our stay. The breakfast was fine but the service was slow due to lack of staff. (20 mins for some gluten free toast) The British obsession with dogs such that they welcome them into the hotel is somewhat puzzling as food is being served in the bar yet dogs are being feed by the owners from the table! The hotel has an odour of dog which really should not be there. No dogs should be around any place that is serving food!!! However the ...
