«We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. The kitchen needs to be stocked with better equipment, no silverware, pots and pans in bad shape, no dish cloths or towels, beds and bathrooms were acceptable, they did accommodate all of us (12). Needs more towels and blankets or state that you need to bring your own. Price per night for what we got doesn’t match!!»

«What a beautiful property! We went on a large group trip and everyone had an amazing time. Clean rooms and bathrooms, and the house smelled clean when we got there. The kitchen equipment was amazing, well stocked and we were able to cook meals for 23 people with no problem. Host was very responsive from booking to checkout. «When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean.
