The space
The apartment is in a prewar building located on a tree lined block just blocks from the Hudson River Pier and Park.
Built in 1929, this warm and comfortable place is ideal for couples, family, colleagues , or just good friends.
Equipped with stainless steel appliances, polished hardwood floors, lots of windows that provide an abundance of natural lighting throughout the entire apartment, did we forget to mention the natural and authentic brick walls throughout the apartment and the fact that guests will have complete access to the heating system.

Room doors are all color coordinated with lock and keys and each room offers enough space for one or two guests.
There is a 55” flat screen Ultra HD SAMSUNG TV in the living room for your entertainment desire, with apps like Netflix, Hulu , Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and HBOMAX at your fingertips, you should never be bored. :)
All utensils, plates, coffee and tea makers are available for your convenience.
Inside the bathroom you will also find shampoo, conditioner and body wash , these amenities are only for our guests.
You may also like the huge, deep bathtub ready to use when you’re feeling tired and just need some rest and relaxation.

We would like to provide and offer our guests some helpful information that they might need during their stay with us in NYC.

We all know, traveling sometimes can be very stressful or at least is not easy on the day of the arrival & departure.

I & Eddie are experienced World travelers more than 70 countries and hundreds of different cities and counting.
So when we travel we would be so happy if we could get all we need for our trip just in one place and be stress free but unfortunately that is never the case, at least we wasn’t that lucky.

We all know that traveling to a new place might be very stressful and especially not easy on the day of the arrival & departure.
All we need & want is to ENJOY&RELAX while we are traveling, right ?!

1) Reserve an earlier check in time - anytime after 11am (sometimes even earlier than 11am) - fee.
2) Reserve a later check out time - anytime before 6pm (sometimes even later) -fee
3) Reserve 2-4 hours for an early bags drop off - free.
4) Reserve up to 6 hours to keep your bags after the check out time - free.
5) Request 1 hour on your check in/out day an earlier/later check in/out or bags drop off/keep - free.

We are trying to create a community and collaborate with local photographers, drivers, masseuse, tour guides to allowing them to be a part of our success and help our guests do more with extra time they got and enjoy themselves.
