«We spent a week in the coach house and had a wonderful time. It’s a quiet place close to the sea and beach. Just a short drive to Waterford and the larger city. We did use the coach house as the basecamp for our exploration of Irelands ancient east, perfect for a trip to Hooks head, Wexford, Dunmore east, fantastic walk along country roads btw, and also hiking in the hills. «Words cannot describe the absolute serenity of this cottage, from the gardens to the comfortable interior, it truly is our Irish home away from home. Patricia and Roger are wonderful hosts, very helpful and just lovely, interesting people. They really care about their guests. The cottage is conveniently located to so many sites in Southeast Ireland. Even tho we didn't have many "sunny skies", we had one of the best stays ever in Ireland. We will return!!»

«First impression was the remoteness of the property. On outside of the property, windows and door were covered in cobwebs. Inside a bit dated with specifically the following issues: a) Both shower areas had shower heads which need replacing, b) none of the curtains in most of rooms closed properly, c) host mentioned on arrival that the sat tv was intermittent, in actual fact it didn't work and this was particularly annoying as it was dark around 8pm . d) ceiling in master bedroom had ...
