«Avoid this hotel at all costs. Where do I begin? When we walked in to check in, no one was at the desk for 5 minutes. Then when we finally got the room, it was dull and dingy. The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. «The room was excellent! Compared to what I saw in the area this was the best! Top of the line! I felt safe and comfortable.the staff was great when I asked for a couple extra things there was no problem at all. I'll be staying there again in the future!»

«The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)»
