There were multiple bugs in our room, in the hallways, and in the entrance way into the lobby. We immediately called the front desk. She sent up an employee who flushed the bug in the toliet. The bathroom door wouldn't close or lock. The AC/heating unit was making a loud rattling sound. We couldn't stay in a bug infested hotel. We asked for a refund. She refused to credit our three rooms. She only credited one room. When I went back up to my room she had already deactivated our keys. When I inquired at the front desk. I was told that they wouldn't reactivate our keys. We called the police and filed an incident report. We advised our financial institutions to please decline our room charges. The hotel was dirty and in poor condition. There were stains on the rugs and chipped paint on walls. In one of our three rooms the refrigerator wasn't working. They brought up another refrigerator. We ended up driving back home. We did not stay at any hotel. Our trip was ruined.
