On the DAY OF your check-in, you will receive your CHECK-IN DETAILS via email shortly before 4 pm (3:55 pm), to gain access directly into the property (no need to go anywhere additional to check-in). It is important that the Rental Agreement is signed, and reservation is paid in full so we don't have any interruptions with sending your check-in details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive by 4:15 pm.IMPORTANT: if you don't receive code by 4:30 pm please call us immediately before we close at 5 pm.
We strive to provide excellent customer service to all of our guests! We are always available by call, text, or email. During your stay, we strongly recommend to contact our After-Hours # listed in the policies and check-in details, any questions or issues that may arise, as they will receive the fastest response after business hours! We stock the property with all basic kitchen utensils (dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans). Our cleaning company provides a starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls per restroom), paper towels (2 rolls in the kitchen), sponge (1), trash bags (3), dishwasher tablets (3), bar soap (1 per restroom), make-up wipes (2 per restroom), hand soap in the restrooms, and dish soap in the kitchen. We supply enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and half the guest count for hand towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use at your convenience! We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay!
The cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival, especially during the summer when we have a four-hour turnover time. While the cost may seem high to some, this includes the starter pack of supplies in the unit, washing all of the linens and towels, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the unit for the next guests arrival. This is why we kindly ask you to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and just put the linens and towels in a pile. If these items are not completed, it then causes the cleaning crew to spend extra time doing these tasks, which we have to charge the guest for. By the guests completing these tasks, and not leaving the unit excessively dirty, we are able to get cleaning in and out during the four hour turnover, and this is also how we are able to accommodate early check-ins! While this may not always be the case (sometimes we may have 20-40 turnovers in one day), we strive to accommodate guests and their schedules within reason, to allow you to have an enjoyable stay!
With any excessively dirty unit (excessive pet hair, vomit, stained sheets, stained towels, confetti/glitter, etc), we will have to charge the guest the additional cleaning. This happens very rarely, we just ask you be respectful of the property, as if it were your own home :). No smoking No pets No Parties or Events

Super cute, well maintained, historical home. Owner is extra helpful with every detail. So close to everything fun in New Braunfels! We had a great time and hope to stay here again in the future
We loved the house! It had plenty of space and we enjoyed the front and back porches! We walked the majority of places and we really enjoyed being so close to Texas tubes!

Easy check-in process. Cute place. Only issues: trash was full when we arrived, and the washer and dryer did not work.
What a wonderful turn of the century home. Sharon the owner has thought of everything as far as a long term stay. This home is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to historic downtown. We absolutely loved our month long stay and hope to return in the future.
This home has plenty of room for a larger group and is very well equipped. Our group of 8 people were very comfortable. The location is extremely close to float the Comal and the main strip for restaurants and bars. Parking is easy as the home has a large area in the backyard for a few vehicles. The owner was very responsive and the information given as the arrival date got closer was very helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again!
We celebrated my best friend's 50th birthday and it was perfect. Great location to drop in the river and walk to restaurants.

We absolutely loved this charming home. The décor, the location and all it had to offer , we did not want to leave. We walked less then a block to float the river, 5 minute walk to "down town" which has more then you can imagine for offerings, I spent hours on the front porch swing. We went to HEB and purchased all the snacks, lunch , breakfast and drinks needed so we saved a bit eating at "home". We traveled from Seattle so it was nice to have shampoo/conditioner provided. (we only brought carry ons, no checked luggage for liquids over 3oz). Our stay just wasn't long enough. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful home.
We stayed at this property for two months while we learned the "lay of the land" and found our new home. Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen if you choose to eat in. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of downtown. We really enjoyed our stay
Great house for a family (we have 5 kids). Cute older home with nice front porch and is updated and very clean. Plenty of parking and kitchen fully stocked. Beds firm/hard but very clean and linens are nice and comfortable. Close to the water park (3 min drive) and tubing (Comal River and Texas Tubes are 1 block behind the house). Sharon was very responsive when we booked and with any questions. The train and a/c were loud at times but we were thankful for the cold air during the hot summer and the location is close to everything. Would stay with one of Sharon's properties again. Thank you!
Absolutely great home in a great location. We were able to walk to the main street area easily, and seeing deer along the way was so much fun. Parking in front of the house wasn't needed, as we were able to pull behind the house and park there. The ramp to the back door made pulling our luggage or cooler up easy as can be. You can hear the busses for the river drop offs drive by frequently, but it's not disruptive despite the busy-ness. I would recommend this home to anyone!
If you plan on floating the Comal river, the location of this house is unmatched. Literally a 2 minute walk to one of the main tube rental places in the area. The house was very well kept, clean, and the host was very responsive. Also very close to the quaint downtown area. Highly recommend!
This is a great place! It’s super close and convenient to the Comal. We had 9
one night and 10 the next and it worked out just fine. All the main necessities were provided. Communication was great and I’d highly recommend this place!
