They need to work on improving their key cards because it keeps resetting so you have to visit the front desk to get it working again other than that the stay was comfortable and cozy.

Holiday Inn Portsmouth Downtown by IHG
Staff was of great service during our entire stay. The pool was heated and so nice! The gym had the basics. We did not try the breakfast there, but the coffee in the lobby was pretty good. No complaints! Host was very quick to answer any questions; home was very cozy complete with Christmas decor! Added touches included lots of extra pillows and blankets for getting cozy on the couch. Appreciate basic spices available for cooking as well as extra toothbrush should you forget yours. ...
