«Property lawn was not mowed before our arrival. Grass was at most, a foot tall. It took several calls to get it mowed the following day. We were very disappointed. Neighbors told us they had asked the host to mow two weeks prior to our arrival. Negligent.Ladder on the dock is extremely dangerous and difficult to use.
