«Owner played games with us. Did not give us notice that property was unavailable until we contacted them about checking in. Tried to put us in another property in an area we did not want to stay in. Only after we complained did the property miraculously became available again. Would not refund our money and then property Manager only gave a small window to meet us at the property. Do not rent from this owner as you will be taken as we were. In the end we had to rent another property.»

«We spent 3 weeks at Nevis Palm. Loved the house and pool. Easy stroll down to the beach. The hosts were very attentive to all of our needs. Nevis has maintained its Carribean authenticity. It has great beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and most of all friendly people. We will back next year for sure.»

«Amazing space and garden. The host has thought of everything, like a slow cooker so that you can prepare your meals to be ready when you return from the beach. A can opener, and even a beach towel. You might even see Monkeys visit the garden. Communicating with the host revealed that we can even get food delivered… just bring some mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside in the evening»

«The 2nd time we've stayed at Tree Frogs, this time for 5 weeks. Well kitted out with an excellent larger than average pool. Nicely located with eady access to main beaches and beach bars and restaurants. I'd advise renting a car to gain maximum flexibility.»
