«We really enjoyed our stay at the Decanter Hotel. It was very close to everything in Old San Juan, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help us feel right at home and made great recommendations for things for us to do and restaurants to eat at during the holidays. The hotel was a traditional feeling hotel. Our room was big and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the street. It was a great space! We definitely recommend the Decanter for a wonderful ...

«Was prepared for staying in an old hotel in San Juan old town. Bad plumming and watersupply was expected. No breakfast option. Nice cafeteria (Mallorca) 1 minute down the street. The free bar in the lobby was great! Very service-minded staff!!! Must order housekeeping when needed. Plastic shower curtains…. Loved the area. Walking distance to cruise terminal and all other things to do and see.»

«Et hotell som ved bestilling virket bra, men som i virkeligheten er dårligere enn det man får inntrykk av. En av personene i resepsjonen virket lite imøtekommende og lite kundevennlig. Aircondition sto på for fullt da vi kom inn på rommet. Det var is kaldt og ikke minst veldig rå luft i rommet da vi kom inn. Sengetøyet var helt rått da vi la oss. Basseng og utearealet var veldig bra. Personalet var lite hjelpsomme og kunne ikke engang hjelpe oss med å bestille taxi til flyplassen. Det måtte vi ...
