"I had a very pleasant stay overall and would happily consider staying here again. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and professional, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The breakfast was definitely a highlight – the scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious, and I especially loved the grilled vegetables. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Personally, I would have enjoyed a better view and a small balcony, but that's more a matter of personal preference than a complaint. There were a couple of things that could be improved. The three-course dinner was a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience, and the cocktails were fairly average. I also had to reactivate my room key every morning after breakfast, which became a little inconvenient. Overall, the positives clearly outweighed the negatives. The wonderful staff and excellent breakfast made the stay enjoyable, and I left with a positive impression. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Stayed here for one night during a road trip. The hotel feels very new, probably less than a year old, and everything was modern, clean, and well maintained. The room rate was very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. The mall next to the hotel has been redeveloped into a wellness center with clinics and a gym, so there is very little shopping there. If you’re looking for shops and restaurants, there is a large shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away. Underground parking is available for £15. The parking spaces are a decent size, but the driving lanes are very narrow. It is impossible for two vehicles to pass each other, so one vehicle would need to reverse to let the other through. We stayed in a standard family room, which was comfortable and clean. There was no refrigerator in the room. The TV offered a good selection of channels, but it did not appear to be a smart TV. The only issue was the air conditioning. The room became quite warm overnight, and although there was a touchscreen thermostat, it didn’t respond, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. We ended up opening the window to cool the room down. Breakfast costs extra but was good, and the 24-hour reception is convenient for late arrivals."

"Kort vei til Hbf. Spisesteder og butikker i nærheten. Resepsjonistene hyggelige. Fjernkontrollen til TV virket ikke, formodentlig er det fikset nå. Rommet var helt fint. Behagelig seng. Ville ikke ha nølt med å bo der igjen. "
