«While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. There was a 4ft high, 10ft wide heap of garbage in the front yard and looking in through the windows it was apparent the house was under ...

«THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! NO ONE CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER AND EXPEDIA WOULD NOT HELP US FIND ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATIONS. WE GOT THERE WITH NO PLACE TO STAY AND HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT ON OUR OWN AND HAD TO PAY AGAIN. I NOW HAVE TO FIGHT WITH EXPEDIA TO GET MY MONEY BACK.»

«After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. «Communication was great. House had everything you need. Very happy with our stay.»

The host was very prompt with all communication and very good to work with. The location of the home was good for the Path / Bus and Uber. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences. We would definitely rebook here again. There is a deli just around the corner too.»

Fortunately, the weather was so warm that we didn't end up using it anyway, so it didn't impact our ...

«The property had garbage all over the place when we arrived. All garbage pails were completely full. This attracted bears. The property had not been landscaped for months. We had no water and couldn’t shower or flush toilets. Despite several calls to the host this issue went on for 19 hours before it was resolved. We had 12 adults staying there and couldn’t flush toilets or shower. The refrigerator wasn’t working. We had to discard food. No WiFi. The host would not provide a contact number, she ...
