«The location and views are amazing. The house was not horrible. I would say there is an abundance of eletrical cords all over the house and that was a bit overwhelming. Felt that is a bit of a hazard. Check in was pushed back a bit. Arrived and the 'cleaning crew' was there. Had to wait a bit to get into the property. «The cons: washing, drying and folding bed linens, bringing the trash to the local firehouse dumpster, owner’s insistence on receipt of a signed rental agreement before he will send the door code (even if you must go out of your way to send it on your vacation). Also the bathroom in the main bedroom has a tiny shower that will soak the floor if you are not careful in aiming the shower head away from the shower door on getting in. The furnace sounds like a locomotive in the middle of the night ...

«The round house is perfect for a family gathering. Beautiful views, great communication with the host and very clean. The house has everything you need , very well equipped kitchen and 2 nice deck areas. The only very minor negative is the listing says sleeps 8. There are only 3 beds and the other 2 people slept on couches that were not pull out beds. The couches were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. «Our stay was wonderful. We stayed here during a work trip to Denver. Our host left wonderful restaurant recommendations and a few welcome treats upon arrival. The home was well laid out for our group of adults and was very clean. Arvada itself was a gem of an area with fun restaurants and nice vibe. There was good communication as needed from our host. We plan to stay again! »

«We reserved this for a wedding nearby to be closer to the venue. Description says sleeps 22. This is not the case unless you count the stack of dirty used mattresses that was stored under the stairs. We ended up using air mattresses that we brought.
