«I would give a 10 out of 10 - but when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the kitchen. The stove, the counter and the wall. I have a video. The place overall was awesome, but the ants killed it for us. We lost two boxes of donuts and cookies - two bags of chips and the fruit. We were there for a graduation and the food was for the party so we lost it all and had to buy it again. We bought food to cook but ended up going out yo eat. They fix that - it just awesome....»

Spacious 4-bedroom house in beautiful College Station with AC

«The house was musty, carpet seemed damp. Master bedroom didn’t cool well. Fan in master couldn’t run on high as it was loose and rattling. No clothes washing detergent available. No ice maker in fridge. Not much furniture in master. Beds are real cheap and no headboards. No curtains which made it too bright early in the morning.»

«This home was gem, we loved the Aggie spirit, the house felt very cozy and welcoming, the extra beds would have been so wonderful if we had all of our children with us, but knowing that the availability was there for extra guest was inviting. Will use again if ever in College Station, we wanted to be in the home more than around town.»

«The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left. ...
