«The house is a good size and a friendly layout. Beds are queen sized and they’re on south side of house so it gets wonderful sunlight in the mornings. Kitchen has everything you would need for a short stay if you choose the cook. «We had a great experience, and we’re so happy to find a clean place that also allows us to bring our dog! The managers were so friendly, we had an issue with the t.v and reached out in the evening. They responded so quickly and brought a new tv over the next day! We highly recommend this property. There were even games available to play with our family! »

«The property is a very nice little house, perfect for groups of 6-8, or 5 if no sleeping partners. The back yard is a great retreat, with plenty chairs, a nice patio family table, andboth a fire pit and a standard grill for outdoor cooking. Only thing to be careful if is that the house is older, so the stairs are fairly shallow and steep. As long as no one in your party has issues with stairs, I'd recommend this property and will look to stay there again on any future trips to Salida.»

«Incredible! Gorgeous views with plenty of privacy. The cabin was even nicer than the photos and well stocked for all our needs. The management company was professional and attentive. «Possibly my favorite vrbo stay I can remember. The cabin is secluded, has great views and is close to several interesting sites: St. Elmo ghost town, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, Cascasde falls and Agnes Veille falls to name a few. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the picnic table, sitting on the breezy patio in the evening, grilling dinner and most of all sitting in the hot tub under the starry sky.»

«Spent 4 nights in mid-August and thoroughly enjoyed it! Katie is a gracious host, answering questions before arrival and greeting us with a quick overview when we checked in. She and her husband Curt live in the house next door, but you would never know it. Nice to know they are close by in case something is needed.
