We had a great time in the Bahamas, even though the weather was unusually chilly. The Comfort Suites had a lot of great amenities, but the one that stood out the most was the access to the Atlantis and it's property, right next door. We spent 3 days just exploring, playing, and seeing all the sights that hotel property had to offer. It had access to the beautiful beach, multiple pools, water slides, aquariums, and lots of great food and drink options throughout. The pools everywhere were a bit chilly, but at the CS, the bar was good, the breakfast was filling each morning, and the employees were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was great - within walking distance to much of what Paradise Island had to offer. The rooms were as expected for a CS. They were clean, offered a fridge, seating area, and the property was very walkable. Overall, if you're on a budget and don't plan to be in your room much, but still want to experience all the great luxuries of the Bahamas (Paradise Island), I'd consider the Comfort Suites for your stay.

Great staff that goes above and beyond, and a nice breakfast buffet. Access to Atlantis was Awesome. Would have given 5 stars, but the pool was freezing and we couldn't get in. I don't expect that on vacation.

The check-in process was good. Calvin & Leverne were excellent. They both assisted our group with 5 rooms and explained all details. There was an issue with Expedia credits, however, the next day, Leverne ensured all was taken care of promptly and noted correctly. The rooms were as pictured. Decent rooms, definitely need updating but functional. Small mini fridge with daily stocked water was a plus. We requested a microwave in the room and was received. The access to Atlantis is a huge plus. Daily breakfast included was a huge plus, some items changed daily but was always stocked and never ran out of any items. The grounds were kept well and the hotel rooms were always cleaned daily and re-stocked with supplies. Huge plus was the laundry service on site as we used this to our advantage staying 6 days on this property. The luggage storage was great help with a late flight as well. The properly is very close to Atlantis and we had no issues using the Atlantis property with the daily wrist bands. The dinner service at Crusoe's restaurant was good and tasted excellent. We did have an issue with the manager who oversees the restaurant entirely and complaints were made in which the operations manager took over and completely ensured we left happy by all counts. The operations manager is truly a gem and would not let us leave unhappy, she is one of the most kind, sweet lady imaginable. We truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff. We would stay here again!

Such a great experience the food was awesome I had my four month old baby with us and they provided him a crab he slept eight hours every single night we went to the Atlantis every single night after breakfast. We had an amazing vacation would definitely recommend it to anybody.

The hotel and our room was spotless. The staff did a great job and it appeared staff worked hard to maintain the facility. We enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good selection of hot and cold food. Staff replenished as needed. All worked hard to supply clean dishes and to pick up dirty dishes. My husband had an upset stomach and one of the breakfast staff helped my husband with tea and honey. She later checked on him at our table. This was very much appreciated. I am only giving 4 stars because we had a little trouble with the water pressure in our room one day, but I think it was being worked on during our stay.

The location of the hotel is a huge selling point. So convenient to walk to Atlantis and the area restaurants. Upon arrival our room was not ready on time and the staffs explanations related to the food and beverage credits seemed abbreviated and difficult to understand. The hallway on our floor had an unpleasant, stuffy odor as well as our room. The room cleaning service staff were regularly clogging the hallway pretty much every day which seemed excessive, although they were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The restaurant where breakfast and dinner were served is in need of update; wobbly tables inside and outside and there really should be an automatic sliding glass door where the entrance is. It was ridiculous for guests to have to struggle propping open the door manually to walk through with their plate of food and beverage in hand. The one night we went to have dinner, the waitress never returned to our table to take our order nor the order of the people at the next table over. Those people had been sitting there when we arrived and told us they had to seek the waitress out to place their order after having waited for a long time. We waited for at least 15 mins for her to return and then decided to leave and eat elsewhere. The pool was nice and well maintained.

The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Very comfortable bed, crisp white linen and towels which I appreciated. Betty, the lady who cleaned our room was very nice & even arranged a microwave to be put in the room. There are some maintenance issues such as the sliding door was difficult to open, the water pressure was low to nothing coming out the taps a couple of times, and the curtains smelled a little musty. Also, the shampoo dispenser was missing in the bathroom (but the staff did give us little bottles of shampoo). These things did not bother us much though because the important things are there (a good bed, bedding and cleanliness). Staff were lovely - so friendly and attentive. I must also call out Darrens at reception: he is super professional, engaging, friendly, and clearly an asset to Comfort Suites - never let him go! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff and amenities during our stay were wonderful. Staff worked hard to keep buffet breakfast food filled and hot especially during the rush. Front desk staff as well as throughout the hotel were friendly and very helpful. Only complaint was room was dated and had an occasional mildew smell. We didn't spend much time in the room and for the price and location, it didn't impact our vacation.

Halls and rooms stunk, 30 minute wait for breakfast, (most food gone by then- yogurt, fruit, juice, etc- line was long every day and they never fixed on any day) When we checked in a day late, I had to beg for one of my two rooms-even though they were paid for and likely rented them out after I called to tell them. Then when we arrived at the Atlantis next door, we couldn’t get armbands for my two family members because we were told they were not checked into a room. Comfort suites could have told us this upfront but they failed to do so. Finally, the place is literally falling apart. Our friends showed us the outside of their room where their sliding glass door fell to the floor below them. Our own door was so warped that it did not close at the bottom. I stayed at this place last year and it was fine. It has really gone down hill. I would also like to add that I was reminded repeatedly that I was “just Expedia.”. Expedia may want to consider taking them off their list of quality stays.

We enjoyed our stay at comfort suites. The breakfast was very good each morning. Busy but food replenished as needed. My only complaint was checking in, we waited over 45 minutes to get our room even though we were there after 3 pm, the check in time. They simply said the system was down but couldn’t give any updates on when the room would be available. I approached the desk three times.

It began with a late check in, where our room wasn't ready. Admittedly, we weren't too bother by this. We were able to change a dinner reservation. Therefore, the late chdckin wasn’t too inconvenient. However, despite being late due to cleaning rooms, our room was not clean or operable. That is, the toilet was not working and the towels were dirty. Again, they fixed this issue after we made them aware. The inconveniences didn't end there. A few days later we lost all water. In fact the floor did, prehaps the entire hotel. I'm not sure. This was also eventually fixed. It honestly was a bother because all that came before. Also, my daughter was mid shower when the water went out. She had soap in her eyes and was screaming. We had no water to help. Instead we used water bottles and clothes. I wish I could say it stopped after that. But saddly, our toilet stopped working again. This was the last night of our stay. We had to use the lobby toilet. I was prepared to booked the Coral if there were any rooms. We've stayed at Comfort Suites before. It wasn't like this, one disaster after another. It was nice. Not extremely fancy, but nice. Im not sure what happened between 2024 and 2026, but it was one sitcom-like disaster after another. I hope the issues are rectified. Although, regardless, we will not stay there again.

Staff were very kind. The room was good value with having access to the Atlantis facility. The breakfast buffet needed improvement. Line up too long , waiting for plates, knives , forks. The last day of our stay the lineup was into the outside dining area past the bar. This is unacceptable!

The room was average. Our door had a crack in it next to the lock that looked like someone got locked out and tried to push the door in, causing it to be loose when locking. We notified the desk twice on this and were never offered to change rooms. One staff member at the desk, Darrens, was extremely polite and helpful. Very nice young man and always upbeat and pleasant. The restaurant on site is extremely understaffed for the amount of people at the hotel. Dinner service was well over 2 hrs every night with minimal check ins at table. Passes to Atlantis were a huge perk especially with it being walking distance right across the street to be able to spend the day there.
