It began with a late check in, where our room wasn't ready. Admittedly, we weren't too bother by this. We were able to change a dinner reservation. Therefore, the late chdckin wasn’t too inconvenient. However, despite being late due to cleaning rooms, our room was not clean or operable. That is, the toilet was not working and the towels were dirty.
Again, they fixed this issue after we made them aware.
The inconveniences didn't end there. A few days later we lost all water. In fact the floor did, prehaps the entire hotel. I'm not sure. This was also eventually fixed. It honestly was a bother because all that came before. Also, my daughter was mid shower when the water went out. She had soap in her eyes and was screaming. We had no water to help. Instead we used water bottles and clothes.
I wish I could say it stopped after that. But saddly, our toilet stopped working again. This was the last night of our stay. We had to use the lobby toilet.
I was prepared to booked the Coral if there were any rooms.
We've stayed at Comfort Suites before. It wasn't like this, one disaster after another. It was nice. Not extremely fancy, but nice. Im not sure what happened between 2024 and 2026, but it was one sitcom-like disaster after another.
I hope the issues are rectified. Although, regardless, we will not stay there again.
