The sleek kitchen features dark countertops and modern appliances, flowing seamlessly into a dining area with a square table surrounded by six wicker chairs and two white captain’s chairs. Upstairs, you’ll find a small workspace ideal for catching up on emails or planning your next Franklin adventure. End your day on the back porch with comfortable seating and bicycles ready for a leisurely ride through the neighborhood—every detail designed for a memorable stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. No cats and no pets on furniture. Please clean up after your pet.
