Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville offers within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home, and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the 5-story building and features an open-concept dining and living area overlooking 11th Ave with a private balcony so you can enjoy as much as you want of all the bustling activity that the Gulch has to offer! To the right of the kitchen, there is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a modern and bright feel with a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2-3, the bed is a plush foam King with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guests bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a sunny view with a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms their own private bathroom experience.

The space has a washer/dryer, so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville with ease, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

The building is a bit of a maze with very long hallways but the location is excellent. Lots of great restaurants, shops etc. we walked to Broadway in about 20-25 minutes.The unit was well layed out with the bedrooms on each end. The larger bedrooms ensuite bathroom, could be updated. Taps on sink had major water pressure, shower/tub old. Maybe a bit more thorough cleaning overall.Enjoyed the balcony !Overall we had a good stay!

Stayed for 3 nights with 2 couples and it was perfect! The check-in instructions were easy to follow. The location was the best. So nice to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the activity of the area. Communication was very easy with Amanda. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

Nice facility and good location. However a few things made our stay average at best. Entry into the very large building was too complicated and required more than a significant amount of walking, with luggage in tow. Parking was somewhat problematic. There was insufficient lighting in the condo, especially in the kitchen and this was made worse by a few burned out light bulbs.

Nashville The Gulch

Wonderful property, wonderful location, lots of stuff nearby to walk to. We did not have a car and never used a Lyft except to and from the airport. It Apartment was spacious and fully stocked. Host was very attentive. I would highly recommend this property. I must admit the procedure to get in the building and door was a bit confusing but stick with it and just follow the directions. It gets easier

Nashville trip for birthday

We loved our stay at the condo in the Gulch. The location couldn't be better and the condo was lovely. The only thing I would do differently is drive a smaller vehicle as it's very tight in the parking garage. Driving our 1/2 ton GMC pickup was a little tricky getting in and out of the garage's tight turns and gates but we managed. I especially loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings drinking my coffee and the evenings having a cocktail overlooking the neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable. We didn't get to use the pool or fitness rooms as we were just too busy exploring the city and neighborhood. I would definitely book this condo again. Amanda was great to work with. The Earhart's

Amazing Stay in the Gulch!

Perfect location—walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops. The place was super clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Loved the rooftop views! The host was friendly and responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Nashville!

Great location but pool has no water and elevators were broken

We enjoyed our stay and the unit is really well located. We found the unit wasn’t very clean when we arrived - some of the dishes had been put away dirty and we had to clean them before using them. The pool didn’t have water and communication with the host was slow. The elevators were down and having only one fob made coming and going in and out of the building more difficult than it should have been. If the pool hadn’t been empty and the unit a bit cleaner I would have rated it 5 stars.

Great location.Amenities were close and good. Didn’t like that the communication was very poor. Tried calling Amanda messaged her before we left on our trip. Had issues at our room messaged and called finally on the day before we went home we had a reply. Don’t call that very professional.

Friends for Life

We came to vacation and visit our niece who lives in Nashville. The location was perfect. Amanda’s directions regarding how to access the property were spot on. It can definitely get noisy on the street, however we knew that going in so no surprise there. The balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine to end the night. Would consider staying here again should we have the opportunity.

The condo is in a great location. Walkable to everything! It is well appointed and we loved sitting on the outside patio and watching the people! The pool was very nice and the gym area is nice too. We would stay here again when visiting Nashville. The host is quick to answer any questions we may have had!
