La Casa di Mavì is an elegant and spacious apartment, recently renovated with attention to every detail and furnished with a blend of modern and classic pieces, offering every comfort.
The apartment, measuring approximately 80 square meters, features 2 bedrooms sleeping a total of 4 guests, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen, 2 balconies, and a laundry area. Specifically:
— BEDROOM 1 —> furnished with 2 single beds, the room includes: bed linens and extra pillows/blankets, air conditioning and heating, a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains.
— BEDROOM 2 —> furnished with 1 double bed, the room includes: bed linens and extra pillows/blankets, air conditioning and heating, flat-screen TV, blackout curtains.
Inside the bedroom, there is a walk-in closet with hangers, a dresser, and a safe.
— BATHROOM 1 —> complete with a bidet and shower, it includes bath linens, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, and shower gel).
— BATHROOM 2 —> equipped with a bidet and shower, it includes bath linens, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, and shower gel).
— KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM —> spacious living room with a sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring: a refrigerator and freezer, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishes and cutlery, and basic cooking utensils.
— BALCONY 1 —> furnished with a small table and chairs; from here, you can access the laundry area, which includes: a sink, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, and iron.
— BALCONY 2 —> furnished with a small table and chairs.
The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and soundproof windows, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Note: upon request:
- if available, a crib can be provided for an additional fee of 20€;
- A cleaning service can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee of 50€;
- An extra set of bed linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee of 20€;
- Luggage storage may be available for guests checking in early or checking out late;
- A private, covered parking space (for a fee) located near the apartment may be reserved;
- Private shuttles and guided tours with expert guides can be booked.
