My Villa is 3 levels and first floor you have a suite with a shower & a full bath, second level you will find living area with full kitchen and a balcony and screened lanai and a 1/2 bath. Third level you find two bedrooms one is the beautiful Master bedroom with their own private screened lanai and balcony and a full bathroom with shower and tub. Second bedroom is two twins beds with ample space and natural lighting. 1 car garage & I guess parking so total of two vehicles are only available in the property per family. Stepping out of Villa Feliz you will find the pool ready for you to take some sunshine, and lush landscaping surrounded by the beautiful bay don't be surprise to see a dolphin while you overlook the bay.
