We contacted the management to let them know our original flight was cancelled and we would arrive on the following day. When we arrived no one was available to let us in. Spoke with management and they informed us that we would need to return the following morning at 10 am to meet with agent. Arrived and waited half an hour for agent. The building isNOT on any gps so taxi drove around for 25 minutes for a 10 minute ride cost 25€ . Had to stay in nearby hotel for 200€. The flyers in establishment said we could have late checkout at 13:00, but only person there was leaning person would was leaving at noon. Agent did not speak English and was frustrated with us for not speaking Italian. Elevator service was pay to ride. We were told it was complimentary however the jar was empty and nobody was available to provide and coins. TVremote was dead and once again nobody was available to help. The room was clean and decorated as per photos. However the building was deplorable and unsafe area. Feel like I was spoofed on the condition which was listed as superior. Fell we should get a two night refund.
