The apartment is located in a building with a caretaker and is under 24-hour video surveillance. No professional activities of any kind are permitted in this apartment. Access to the apartment is controlled and will be granted only to individuals identified at check-in. Prostitution and other illegal activities are not tolerated in this apartment; should such activities occur, the police will be called, and the guests involved will be evicted immediately. The apartment is not available to guests for professional photo shoots or film shoots unless previously communicated to and authorized by the host.
