«Our restroom was dirty (TP stuck to the floor behind the toilet, hair in the tub, hair in the toilet), toilet was clogged. No charging ports in our room - had to use our own box (minor inconvenience, I know). One of the beds smelled like mildew.»

«From the moment we arrived we were impressed. Bri was cheerful and checked us in quickly. She was kind enough to let us check in 30 minutes early and helped answer our questions about the city. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast is honestly one of the best I have had in a hotel. This hotel is our hotel if we are ever in this atea again.»

«Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money!»

«Man was it a challenge to make a u-turn during evening traffic to reach the property while traveling south. And the entry was flooded from recent rain. Hope this is improved at some point. I was in a truck and hesitated to drive thru the huge waterpool. Glad I was not in a small car. Good, hot breakfast, clean room, good parking.»

«The facilities were adequate overall. However, the hotel advertises breakfast, which consisted of oatmeal in a packet, muffins, and granola bars. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. «Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will ...
