We love this hotel and stay here often. Always rate 5 stars. However, this time, due to front desk staffs lack of caring, our stay wasn't great. Apparently the battery in our thermostat died during the night and we all woke up sweating and very uncomfortable. I let the girl at the front desk know and her response was simply "Oh, I'm sorry about that". She didn't offer to get someone up to fix it, offer anything to offset the bad experience, nothing. I went back upstairs after grabbing some coffee and my wife and kids were getting ready (we were checking out) and it was really warm in the room by now. I called the front desk and said I was just downstairs complaining about the thermostat that had died and that our room was hot and needed maintenance to come replace the battery. She said she would get him up immediately. After an hour, no one had shown up and we were leaving anyway. We expect better from a hotel of this caliber and for what we had to pay for a 1 night stay. We'll be back, just hope the customer service improves.
