«We spent 2 nights in Woodlands Cottage and loved it. It was spotlessly clean with new bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. The directions sent in advance were great, as was the tip to use the shortcut through the woods to the local pub. For a local walk, the Bubwith Rail path was really nice.»

«Really nice property and close to everything. Very comfortable beds , lounge could do with some new settees for comfort. Garden is really good but could do with a little trim and tidy to make it better. Overall excellent just a little bit of maintenance to give it 5 stars.»

«Close to tow n just 15 min walk . The stairs were very steep with a short tread so it was difficult to get up and down . I would say it is not suitable for older people and young children . The dining table was very wobbly . so that needs some attention . Well equipped , every thing you might need and comfortable . 3 large bedrooms although we only used two as 1 of our friends couldn’t use the stairs , so slept on the sofa . We only stayed 1 night .»

«Clean property.Good heating. Very well equipped.The Bathroom and toilet are downstairs so any night time toilet trips have to be done very carefully with the steep stairs.free parking on the street. Great to have pet free accommodation as I have severe allergies. »

«Location was great. Walking distance from the main line railway station and easy access to town centre. We walked everywhere and didn't need our car. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house for a car or large mpv. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes walk down the road as well as a selection of great restaurants nearby. The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable!We enjoyed our stay.»
