"Lovely cottage with fantastic sea views over Cardigan bay and the Teifi estuary. The main sitting area and kitchen are lovely and much bigger than they look on the photos. Great outdoor patio area but unfortunately we didnt get to use it but can imagine spending long summer evenings out there on dolphin watch! Overall a great place to stay with everything you need for a relaxing break."

"This is a really large and spacious property, which is done up to high standards. The walk to the beach and the costal path is short and nice. We had a fantastic stay, despite variable weather. We had some nice BBQs outside, the garden could be a little more atmospheric."

"Beautiful! Great facilities, especially suited for families with older children. Open stairs not good for very young children I'd say. Centrally located and benefiting from being close by to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs etc but also a very quiet end of town next to the river. Lovely walk to the wildlife centre and Poppit Sands is a 10 minute drive. The best beach ever for soft buttery sand and no rocks or stones. We enjoyed a lovely swim here. "I would like to say what a lovely couple Jane and Martin are however, we felt mislead by the photographs advertising this holiday. The photos bear no resemblance to the current state of the site which is totally overgrown, this has happened over a number of years and not just a summer growth spurt. We chose this site for our dogs, we were promised a private paddock that was fenced off, the paddock was so overgrown, we couldn't even walk in it and the grass was twice as tall as our dogs who...

"We were looking for something quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views, this property did not disappoint. It was clean and check in was simple. Once settled we spent the weekend walking the beaches with our two dogs who were in their element. The accommodation was clean and we had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. The underfloor heating in the downstairs of the property was an added bonus on a cold day. We would definitely visit again."

"The Goods: Hot Tub, bathroom, housekeeping & location The Bads: Very tired, cooker disgusting, tap disgusting and constantly dripping, the sofas & covers were stained and old (we never sat on them), the garden was scruffy (not a pleasant place to sit). The house felt very unloved but it wouldn’t take much to make it a lovely place to stay. In its’ current state we wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it. We hate to be negative but felt we needed to be honest."

"Can’t fault any part of our stay, the house was perfect 5 adults and one three year old. Lots of space, down stairs bedroom with ensuite was perfect for great grandparents. Outside area was nice in the morning to sit with a coffee, lots of green space for little one to run and explore. Kitchen had everything and a lovely welcome gift. Five mins drive to local shop for fresh bread. Fifteen mins drive to larger shop with huge selection of local foods. Half hour to small national trust beach Mwnt,...
