«We wanted a no thrills stay to get away for a weekend with friends and the cottage offered just that. It was located on a quiet farm with lots of land. We brought along our dog that enjoyed the garden with the cottage. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they were lovely. We would definitely come and stay again, in fact we will be planning another visit in the new year.»

«Spent 3 nights in Batty’s barn for a wedding where our family stayed in all 3 properties on the farm. The farm is beautiful with loads of colours from the wild flowers. Ed was super helpful so much so member of the wedding party broke down in the day of the wedding and he helped bringing the family member to the wedding venue being a true life saver! Beds were lovely and comfy and the house was lovely ...

«A beautiful old farmhouse with a lovely large garden in a lovely area. We enjoyed ourselves and the property was very clean and well presented. A minor issue (shower fell apart in one bathroom) was resolved quickly and with no fuss or question. We all felt a few more consumables would have been provided for a property of this size and quality. Many others we have stayed in over the years have provided a few bin bags for example (we were given one spare) and we had to move light bulbs about when ...
