«The property is located around a 10minute drive from Echuca. It has private cabins. I believe that there were other guests there however we only know this by other cars around we didnt see a single soul otherwise. You cannot judge a book by its cover and this could not be more true for these little cottages. Outside looks a bit rough however (appropriately fits in with the local bushland) once you open the door we were blown away with how special the cabin was. It is perfectly fitted out in era ...

«The Bosses Settlement was a real find and surpassed our expectations from the moment we arrived. Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Apart from the house there were so many outdoor areas to relax in, verandahs on 3 sides, beautiful gardens and a fire pit area. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless and best of all stocked with freshly baked anzac biscuits, ...

«Lovely property, renovated (but not "restored") to high standard but modern electricals (great wifi, TV) and kitchen/baths. Spacious home, multiple eating areas, quiet street, and with a terrific host. Maldon is a charming small town and well-located to see the goldfields area. Only downside is there are only a couple of places in the town proper to dine out (Castlemaine is close). But a great place with all creature comforts.»
