Incredible with breathtaking views

My husband and I stayed here for our first ever child free getaway and it was amazing. The property and location are totally relaxing and we can’t wait to come back... You know you are staying somewhere special from the moment you pull up at this property. As you walk in the beautiful view hits you and the architecture and styling are better than I can ever imagine. I want my whole house to look like this. So much care and thought have been put into this property. Every thing is perfect, from the quality cookware, the comfy bed with beautiful linen, the huge bath, stunning fireplace and cosy rugs. I highly recommend the massage chair - it’s sublime. The is location ideal and the hosts are the best. I highly recommend having lunch a Frankie and Connie’s - it’s sublime.

Relaxing, Romantic & Serene!

Perfect location to relax and unwind. I would recommend to go as a couple but I would imagine it is just as relaxing flying solo. The views from the accomodation are second to none and a particularly nice change from city life. The interior of the accomodation is thoughtfully composed and uses elements of wood to compliment the scenery. The alligning towns of Hepburn and Daylesford are quiant and serene whilst providing you with everything you will need for your trip. (Shout-out to Cliffy's in Daylesford for great coffee!) David was particularly welcoming and helpful during the trip without being overbearing. My only tiny, tiny gribe would be that there wasn't a full sized ironing board available. (Please note that a bench top one is provided by the owners, I would have just prefered a stand-alone). I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

Stunning Getaway

My husband and I had 2 wonderful days at Serenity. The villa is beautifully appointed with quality fittings throughout. Clearly lots of careful attention to styling making the entire villa warm and welcoming. We immediately knew it was going to be the perfect spot to relax and forget about work. The window seat is big enough for 2 and is an ideal spot to settle down with a good book in the late afternoon as the sun sets. If you are looking for luxury, a place to unwind and restore then Clifftop at Hepburn Springs is a must. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Luxury with a backdrop of nature's beauty is only the start of the extraordinary that is Clifftop.

From the moment we saw the photos of Clifftop online we knew that we would be staying somewhere extraordinary. The experience itself exceeded our expectations. For five days we were able to leave our busy lifestyle behind and immerse ourselves in absolute luxury. On arrival wonderful Dave was passing by and popped in and showed us how to put on the music - my absolute passion. The acoustics in that space...oh yes! The day bed in one of the floor to ceiling windows was way too inviting and within 15 minutes of arrival my stressed out 'corporate world' boyfriend was fast asleep and I was enjoying a book and the view. And what a view. While the lovely large television might have beckoned elsewhere we spent our nights and days looking out the window at the magnificent drop to the cascading drop to the creek and gentle rise of the hill on the opposite side. The light on the magnificent snow gums changes their appearance as the sun rises and falls, changing their colour ever so subtly from incandescent white, to pink, to yellow, to dust. We savoured each moment of this view. My boyfriend and I discussed that we would have to return for each of the seasons to see the deciduous English trees in autumn, watch storms make their way over the hills, to watch the rain and snuggle up near the fire, and to take in our view on a moonlit night. Our days were spent wandering Hepburn and Daylesford to return to a bed that I swear was made out of clouds and bedding and linen that made sleeping an experience rather than an every day task. And normally I wouldn't talk to about the bathroom of somewhere I have stayed. I'm not sure if this can be called a bathroom - a double spa, double shower heads bigger than my hands! My boyfriend and I had no excuse to be apart from each other. And I have to mention the bathroom tiles that look like fine linen and lace. Evenings take the extraordinary architecture in this space to another level as you can spend time experimenting with the beautiful lighting that brings to life different elements of the space. We fell in love with Clifftop the moment we walked through the door and stayed until the very last minute that we could, sitting on the couch and taking in the view one last time. I kind of don't want to tell anyone how exquisite it was as I want to make sure we can return time and time again whenever we can. And return we shall.

Clifftop is an amazing property, close but far enough from town to be isolated, but still within a short trip to restaurants and everything you may want. We had a truely relaxing time, where it was near impossible to drag everyone away from the house. It was easy to book, access and contact David. Simply Stunning

We booked Serenity for our Anniversary weekend. It certainly did not disappoint. From the spacious and comfortable living area with fully equipped kitchen to the super comfortable bed and luxurious bed linen, everything was perfect. The little touches such as music playing on our arrival and chilled sparkling wine and chocolates made us feel very spoilt. It was only a short drive to the restaurants of Hepburn Springs and the Mineral Springs. We left feeling totally relaxed and pampered.
