«A family of 7 stayed for a week. 4 adults, 2 teens and a child. Lovely villa in a quiet location. Only criticism was the supermarket is quite a walk slightly uphill so if you don't have a car, carrying water etc back is a bit of a slog. Also no bin bags or dishwasher salt/rinse aid provided and outside cushions should do with a refresh. Other than that a fantastic stay. »

«La estancia en el apartamento fue muy buena, lo único que en vez de ventiladores de aspas pondría si fuera posible aparato de aire acondicionado para que no se encierre mucho el calor. Por otra parte la comunicación con el propietario fue excelente porque a cada duda que teníamos nos la resolvía casi al instante. La zona muy tranquila y bien ubicado el apartamento en cuanto a la playa y las zonas de restauración. Una experiencia agradable y ojalá en un futuro poder regresar»

«Wonderful villa in perfect peaceful setting. Lovely time at Tim's villa. Total change of pace in the Ricote mountains where all you can hear is the wind and wildlife. «The villa is on the edge of La Manga Club, however it is in easy walking distance to most restaurants, tennis etc. The villa shows its age with some tired features, however for our family it was ideal. Francisco was always contactable and very helpful. La Manga is probably still recovering from Covid and central features like Oasis and minigolf are closed, however I am sure they will bring it all back with time. «For the 6th time, we have enjoyed the beach house.Here, you wake up and go to sleep with a beautiful view of the sea and lovely sunrises.Some additional positive points are the back entrance with immediate access to the seafront promenade and the private parking space.Owner Luis inquired twice if everything was in order with the house.We look forward to coming back again.»
