The current governmental closing time at 22.00h requires that the restaurant is closed by 22.00h, meaning all guests must leave before 22.00h and the “lights need to be out” at 22.00h. We know that this can be inconvenient, still we prefer to strictly comply with the regulations. We regret to read that you perceived this process as a lack of customer service. We do have two restaurants which belong to the hotel: Pfistermühle and Ayinger am Platzl. Our outdoor bar is indeed only open when it’s a sunny or warm day.
