Supert hotell lokalisert i hjerte av Munchen.
Fantastisk hotell rett i hjertet av Munchen med kort avstand til mange av byens attraksjoner sånn som Hofrauhaus. Flott spa avdeling på toppen av hotellet. Hyggelig atmosfære og topp service. Delikate store rom. Parkering for gjester. Nydelig frokost. Vi kommer tilbake.

Over-priced Munich hotel
Stayed here for 3 days during a fair. Must have received the smallest room in the hotel. Uncomfortable and worn. The hotel is extremely expensive and doesn't give value vs cost. € 250 pr night for the lousiest room and € 42 in addition for breakfast is a rip-off, although the breakfast is of high standard. A lot of better alternatives with better service in Central Munich.

Klassisk hotell av meget høy kvalitet
Tydelig at dette er et hotell som vektlegger kvalitet i alle ledd. Ikke billig, men du får det du betaler for. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, flott og veldig rent rom og høy kvalitet på maten. Særlig var frokostbuffeten en stor opplevelse. Her manglet ingen ting. Ekstra pluss for muligheten til å velge egg i alle varianter fra en egen meny.

Vi var en guttegjeng på 12 pers som var her 12-14 oktober 2012, og storkoste oss med luksus servicen som dette hotellet gav oss! Hit skal vi tilbake, perfekt beliggenhet! Verdt pengene!

Anbefales
Service: Alle ansatte (stuepiker, resepsjonister, servitører m.f.) var alltid blide, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Det er tydelig at de ønsker at gjestene skal trives, og de strekker seg langt for å få til dette. Rommene: Rent og pent, rolig og behagelige senger. Spa: Ikke glem badetøy, for spaavdelingen var helt fantastisk. Deilig svømmebasseng, servering, treningsrom med topp utstyr, badstue og solsenger. Eget røykerom: For de som liker å ta en sigar eller en blås, men som ikke liker å sove i røyken på eget rom, har hotellet en egen røykesalong med servering av drikke o.l. ved lobbyen. Beliggenhet: Hotellet ligger midt i eplet av Muchen. I gaten utenfor hotellet finner man designerbutikker for klær, vekser, sko og klokker. Mat: Vi spiste ikke på hotellet. Det ligger mange butikker i nærheten som selger alt mulig av frokost, lunsj og middag. Anbefales! Dette er et hotell jeg vil tilbake til. Ingen tvil om at dette er rett valg av hotell i Munchen!

Located in a great area for shopping, walkable distance to Munich landmarks and plenty of public transport options. The door people and room service staff were lovely. For such an expensive hotel I found the service at reception very underwhelming. The lighting in the room, especially bathroom for doing makeup etc was terrible. The shower was also horrible.

Very nice hotel overall. A little disappointing that the “view” out of the windows was an inner rooftop area of blank walls. Also, small things such as a cheap coffee maker in the room and no shower lotion soap, just bar soap. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the lobby is very nice.

Nice but extremely crowded bar areas
We absolutely love the hotel! The only down side was that so do many other people apparently. The lobby bar was always crowded as well as the hotel bar. Whenever we asked if there was seating, they said we needed to reserve a spot. But there were conflicting answers whenever we tried to request a spot. Others however seemed to come and sit right down without waitstaff assigning spots. Disappointed in the handling of seating. I felt that hotel guests should be given priority.

Everything was incredible from early check in to check out. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Prime location! A must when staying in Munich.
