«If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well. «Our group loved the quality of the property. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen -- although a few more basics would have been nice e.g. olive oil, spices etc.. The living room was a great gathering spot and the beds were really comfortable with blackout window coverings for a great night sleep. «This home was perfect for our visit to Flagstaff. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable. The host was great and responsive to any questions we had about the property. We made meals at the house and had all the cooking items needed right at the house. It was a great visit.»

«There were two couples traveling together and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The host was quick to answer any questions. We did have some mosquitoes in the evenings so be sure to have insect repellant. Overall this house was outstanding!»

«What a great place. Close to town and just far enough away! Very clean, bed was comfy with nice linens! Kitchen is well stocked. Coffee, filters, creamer and there are spices also. We really enjoyed the backyard, we bought starter logs and had a fire both nights. Our pup loved the area to just play in & a nice walking path just across the street! Street noise was not bad for us anyway. Great response time with owner!! We would for sure rent again!! »
